Sung service with sermon with tea and coffee afterwards.

We celebrate the moment when Jesus, riding on a donkey, enters into Jerusalem in triumph.  The people sing ‘Hosanna to the Son of David!’ and line the route with palm branches.  We are given crosses made out of palm branches to take away, to remind us of this moment.

The service begins in the church hall with blessing of palm crosses and the proclamation of the palm gospel. We then recall Jesus journey into Jerusalem with a procession into church.
